What should I use in the morning?

If we start our day with a morning skincare routine, our skin will remain fresh and healthy throughout the day, and we won’t need to put in much effort later on. If we don’t give our skin some time and attention in the morning, it will become dull. After following your morning routine, you can apply products to your face to keep it nourished and glowing.

Instead of using soap right after you wake up, apply a good cleanser to your face first and gently massage it in. Then, wash your face. If you use soap directly, it will remove the moisture that was already on your skin, making it more dull.

After washing your face with a cleanser, apply moisturizer to your skin. This will make your skin feel soft and smooth, just like a baby’s skin.

Sunscreen

If you need to go outside, apply a good sunscreen to your face to create a protective layer between your skin and the sun. This will prevent the sun from directly hitting your face and protect your skin from getting burned.

If your skin is dry, use a cleanser that is free from alcohol and fragrances. These ingredients can make your skin even drier. When washing your face, use normal or cold water. Never use hot water, as it quickly removes the natural oils from your face.

Use oil-free products for your face. To remove excess oil from your skin, use warm water. To control oil, apply aloe vera directly to your face, as it is a natural product. Take a small piece of aloe vera, cut it in half, and rub it on your face. After a while, wash your face for the best results.

If your skin is sensitive, do not use any product without a doctor’s recommendation. Only use the medicated products prescribed by the doctor. Avoid using aloe vera plants, any regular soap, or any product that contains alcohol. Also, the most important thing is not to use a towel on your face—let your face dry naturally. Do not use someone else’s products, such as sponges, for applying foundation. Keep your skin’s products separate from others.

If you experience itching on your face, do not scratch it; try to bear with it. Acne can take up to 4 weeks to heal and improve, especially if you are using the right medication. If the medication is not effective, your face may get worse. In such cases, you need to be very patient and careful. Acne appears quickly but takes a long time to go away.
